Ingradients (For 4 People)
- 400 g of salmon
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons of ezlemon juice
- 7 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Grated lemon peel
- Salt
- Pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Cut the salmon into cubes and slightly whip it with the breadcrumbs. Put the mixture into a bowl and add the mayonnaise, the grated chive, the lemon juice and the lemon peel. Stir the mixture, divide it into four parts and give them the shape of hamburger. Fry the hamburgers in a pan with a little oil and serve with the sauce.
For sauce
Combine 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt.
