Ingradients
- 500 ml of water
- 500 ml of ezlemon juice
- 250 g of sugar
Preparation
Boil the water in a saucepan and add the sugar. When the sugar is completely dissolved, turn off the heat and let cool. Add the lemon juice and stir well with a whisk. Put the mixture in the freezer inside a covered container. When needed, remove the mixture from the freezer, whip it in a blender to make it creamy and serve.
