Ingradients (For 4 People)
- 100 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 40 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of Ezlemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Broth
Preparation
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the egg yolks, the breadcrumbs and stir. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice and continue to stir. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the mixture. Leave to stand for an hour and then make peanuts-sized balls. Boil the broth, add the balls, let them cook for a few minutes and serve
