Ingradients (For 4 People)
- 50 cl of extra virgin olive oil
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon of ezlemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of white pepper
Preparation
Put the egg yolks in a bowl with the salt, the pepper and a drop of lemon juice. Beat with a whisk adding the oil little by little. When the mixture becomes opaque, add the lemon juice and beat until it is creamy. Note: it is recommended to use the egg yolks at room temperature to whip them well.
