Ingradients (For 4 People)
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of ezlemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
Preparation

Put the lemon juice in a bowl, add the salt and stir until it is completely dissolved. Add the oil little by little and continue to beat until the mixture becomes creamy, then add the pepper. Serve as condiment for grilled fish, fish salad or meat.
